EL JARDÍN
DE LAS ROSAS
Web interface design for an open venue
✺ CONTEXT
El Jardín de las Rosas is a social events venue that needed a website to connect with its clients, who are adults aged 20 to 60, seeking economical venue options for their celebrations in a local setting. Through surveys, two user personas were developed, reflecting the target socioeconomic levels. The primary goal of the website is to facilitate a seamless customer service experience by providing a direct link for clients to contact the garden's manager.
✺ METHODOLOGY
✺ INTERFACE DESIGN
After reviewing poll surveys on user profiles and defining the user personas, an agreement was reached with stakeholders to develop a landing page due to economic adjustments. The site's sections were defined through a flow diagram, including Home, Facilities, Gallery, Location, and Contact.
The diagram was transferred to Figma, where wireframes for the five screens outlined in the flowchart were created. Based on the client's content requirements, the design team tentatively displayed the information in designated spaces. After four revisions with stakeholders, a final design was achieved.
The home page features an animated bar showcasing the different types of events hosted by the garden. A high-fidelity prototype was developed from the wireframes, with color saturation adjusted to more user-friendly tones. This prototype was then validated with potential users.
Following validation, the data indicated that adding buttons linking to the company's social networks would enhance customer and potential user engagement, providing closer contact and more accessible communication.
